This calorie scorching workout fuses power yoga with cardio-intensive interval training. Interval training is a cardiovascular exercise alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. HIiT is a concept where one performs a short burst of high-intensity exercise followed by a brief low intensity activity repeatedly. Focuses on deep core muscles as well as toning the whole body.

Gentle yoga is a class structured around rejuvenating and healing the body. Yoga props such as blankets, blocks, bolsters, and straps are used for safe practice, and for the body to fully achieve each position comfortably. This class has a slower pace and focuses on stretching all areas of the body, while relieving stress and tension from joints and muscles.
